Coordination of Care Upon Release From Incarceration

The National Association of Counties (NACo) Opioid Solutions Center has released a strategy brief on how to coordinate care for those leaving incarceration. Coordination of care is important to consider as overdose often occurs amongst those who are recently released from incarceration.
